About

Supporting and enabling children, families and educators to thrive

About me

Hi! My name is Kate, and I’m a Certified Play And Creative Arts Therapist, based near Witney.

My passion is offering hope, healing and empowerment to children and their families when life feels tough.

I have worked with children for as long as I can remember, running activity clubs, leading a toddler group, being on the management committee for local replacement children’s services, and providing therapeutic mentoring and emotional literacy support in schools, before training as a Therapeutic Play Practitioner and Play Therapist.

Over the last 15 years, I have increasingly worked with parents and carers, delivering courses and workshops, and offering parent coaching.

As well as working with children and families, I have paired this with a career that has spanned a variety of industries, including the publishing, legal, commercial, academic and charity sectors, and continue to provide some additional consultancy services to businesses.

“We are incredibly grateful to Kate for her care and attention she gives to each child and family she works with, and her kind and empathetic persona.
School and families have seen the long-term positive impact that her support has had one each child she has worked with.”
